Shoaib in trouble and asking Andhra High Court for his passport

Indian tennis star Sania Mirza and Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik have married recently in her home town of Hyderabad on Monday. After this wedding, press conferences, daily television and newspaper interviews have confronted Shoaib Malik. His first wife is also from Hyderabad and they also disclosed the details of their phone wedding and quickie divorce.

According to a report, Malik married Siddiqui in a telephony ceremony in 2002. They both had dated for many times and now Malik claims that he was cheated. Siddiqui claims they did meet but the results were unhappy. She added that Malik was embarrassed by her weight and ashamed of her. Ayesha timed her disclosure to the arrival of Malik in Hyderabad.

Now Malik has moved the High Court of Andhra Pradesh on Thursday for getting back his passport. The lawyer of Malik has requested the Judge for the hearing on the application today itself. Judge said that can be heard on Friday only. On 5th April, city police had taken way the passport of Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik. They also asked him to not to leave the country after the cheating case was registered him and this cheating case was based on a complaint by Ayesha Siddiqui whom he divorced after refusing that he had married her.

Now Passport of Shoaib Malik is in the control of a local court. As Shoaib divorced the Ayesha, her family submitted an application to the Hyderabad Police for withdrawing the case. After 10 days, this whole drama ended and the controversies surrounding Malik also ended and he got married to Indian Tennis star Samia Mirza on April 12 in Hyderabad. Now Pakistani cricketer is waiting for his passport as the hearing has extended till Friday.
