Manmohan Singh, prime minister of India on Tuesday had given a statement that the congress party’s defeat in the Lok Sabha by-election is the reflexive act of his government performance and the performance of their congress party.
Nevertheless, one by-election that is being conducted in particular locality of the country cannot be considered as a reflection of the performance of the government or the belonging political party, he said to reporters in Pretoria. However he replied this to a reporter who was asking him the view of some people who think that the defeat in Hisar was a referendum against the political party and the government.
However the opposite party calls the by-election as a route or key way for the congress to vote against the government stating various scams and also to be the mirror of its performance throughout the corruption. But unfortunately the sympathy factor of congress stated their defeat of Hisar in Lok Sabha by-poll.
Congress emphasized a factor that they did not won the seat even during the last election and they however dismissed the contention which was the result of the effect and effort of the Anna Hazare team call towards people not to vote for that candidate over the Lokpal issue.
Mr. B.K. Hariprasad, party general secretary in charge for the state Haryana said that the defeat in the constituency was not an unexpected factor or issue. Infact the last parliamentary election had also lead the congress to the secure third position.
Bhajan Lal won the by-election defeating his opponent Ajay Chautala with some near difference and not by large difference. However Mr. Hariprasad told that the so called “SYMPATHY FACTOR” was some kind role performance with some social equations played well planned by Bhajan Lal and he also emphasized that he had been a chief minister thrice.
